The Art DEADLINES List: a compilation of competitions, contests, grants, jobs, fellowships, scholarships, etc. for fine arts media. Must subscribe for full access.

• Art Calendar: website for a monthly magazine that lists exhibition and professional opportunites and concerns.
• ArtsUSA: links for Arts Advocacy, arts education, clearing house of public policy issues and links to other arts and cultural Internet resources.
• ARTSEDGE: a site sponsored by the Kennedy Center that lists arts organizations and and art education resources.
• National Endowment for the Arts Homepage: Federal Arts Agency. It lists article on the role of government support; provides guides to NEA grant programs, highlights individual artists and provides LINKS to other art resources.
• Iowa Arts Council: State Arts Agency that supports artists through funding and other resources.
• National Association of Independent Artists: emphasis of this list is artists who exhibit/sell in indoor/outdoor art and craft shows. Its lists members with images of artwork.
• Arts Wire: on-line network of artist, art workers, art organizations and art funders. It provides an excellent database of cultural resources on the Web. Must subscribe for full access.
• Careers for Art Historians: a page of career options put together by an art history professor at University of Notre Dame.
• World Wide Arts Resources provides the largest gateway to arts information on the Internet since 1995. including links to museums, artists, suppliers, job agencies, galleries, etc. must join for full access.
